Merasol is 39 years old a married woman and a mother of 3 children ages 15, 13, and 9 years old she is from Palawan, Philippines and she is a high school graduate who can speak and understand English.

From 2021 to 2022, she worked in Singapore as a domestic helper her employer was a Chinese family with 2 children ages 8 and 2 years old they were living in a 2-story landed house with 4 rooms and 3 toilets she was working with another Malaysian helper and her main job was doing the household chores, laundry, ironing, and taking care of the younger child she also does cooking but basic only Chinese food.

She worked with an Indian family with 2 children ages 12, and 7 years old living in a Condo with 3 rooms and toilets and she was the only helper in there her main job was taking care of the younger one and doing the household chores, like laundry, ironing, cleaning and sweeping the floor, cooking, and car washing.
